ABOUT TARSHIA SHANAI

I’m Tarshia Shanai — a woman of faith, a mother, a traveler, and a multi-business entrepreneur. Before entrepreneurship, I earned my Bachelor's degree and went on to complete my Master's degree,which opened the door for a successful career in Human Resources. I spent years in leadership roles, learning how to develop people, manage operations, and build strong relationships- skills that I still shape how I lead today.

In 2019, I made a decision that changed my life: I walked away from corporate and stepped boldly into entrepreneurship. Since then, I’ve traveled to over 40 countries, built a successful travel brand, helped thousands of travelers explore the world, and supported countless entrepreneurs in launching and growing their own businesses.

Today, I’m the founder of Sky High Society, a lifestyle travel brand, and First Class Travel Network, my own host agency for new and experienced travel professionals. I’m also a real estate investor with multiple properties and a mentor who believes in helping people create abundance through travel, business, and mindset.

I built all of this as a mom, a believer, and someone who decided that “impossible” wasn’t going to be part of my story. My journey isn’t just about success — it’s about inspiring others to build the life they imagine, one intentional step at a time.

My Journey

My Path

My path hasn’t been traditional — it’s been intentional. Every chapter taught me something, stretched me, and prepared me for the woman I am today. From corporate America to international travel, entrepreneurship, and real estate, here’s how my journey unfolded.

2005-2021: Corporate Career in HR

I spent years working in Human Resources, gaining experience in leadership, operations, and managing people — but I always felt called to do more and live life on my own term

2019: Leap of Faith

I made one of the boldest decisions of my life: I walked away from corporate America to pursue entrepreneurship full-time. No plan B — just faith, determination, and a vision for the life I wanted.

2019-2023: Becoming a Full-Time Entrepreneur

I began traveling the world more, building my own brand, and helping others create income through the travel space. I visited over 40 countries and grew a loyal community along the way.

2023: Expanding into Real Estate

I invested in multiple rental properties, stepping confidently into real estate as part of my long-term wealth strategy.

2025: Founding My Own Host Agency

I launched First Class Travel Network — a host agency designed to support, train, and empower travel entrepreneurs.

My goal: to create a space where travel agents get the support, tools, and confidence they deserve.

I am a mom, an entrepreneur, a mentor and a woman walking boldly in her purpose. My journey is far from over - and every step is proof that you can reinvent your life at any time.
