Tarshia Shanái, a lover of God, fashion, and travel, was born and raised in upstate New York. Tarshia has always had a love of travel and helping others since she was a little girl. Having taken her first trip to Myrtle Beach at a very young age, she quickly became a lover of all things travel and beaches.

Tarshia is a mother of three: two sons and a daughter. At a very young age, she began introducing them to travel. From cruises to Disney vacations to Thailand to Paris, they have experienced travel in all aspects. With  6 continents, 35 states, 40 countries and countless cities under her belt, Tarshia truly has a passion for travel.

She followed the typical societal blueprint of attending college at Clark Atlanta University, Saint John Fisher College and Lasalle University, ultimately obtaining her master’s degree in Human Capital Development. She worked in human resources in high level positions for over 15 years. However, Tarshia realized that the typical corporate America life was not the path for her.  She realized that her current position was not going to give her what she truly desired: time and personal freedom so she had no choice but to find a way to change her current situation. Tired of the workplace “shenanigans”, she made a tough decision to fire her boss and began the journey of entrepreneurship.  Although the journey wasn’t easy, it was well worth it.

In less than 2 years, she was able to grow her travel business to six figures, focusing on helping others begin their financial freedom. In October of 2020, she began teaching others how to become successful travel agents and run and operate their own travel agency. In less than 1 year, she helped over 100 people start their journey.  This means that she has helped over 100 people on heir journey of financial freedom. This is truly a proud moment because less than 30 people people out of 75,000 have ever accomplished this. Talk about amazing! She is a firm believer in helping others succeed.
